1. The free service

PDF Toolbox provides free browser-based tools to merge, split, organize, compress, convert, sign, edit, annotate, redact and otherwise work with PDF and image files. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, trials or payments. Your document processing happens locally in your browser; we do not receive your files.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful purposes and only with files you have the right to process. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service or its providers.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to your files. You are responsible for the files you process and should keep backups of originals. Verify exported files, especially after sensitive changes such as redaction.

4. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that every output will meet your requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFEdtar is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
