Frequently asked questions

Are my files uploaded to your servers?

No. Every tool runs locally in your browser. Your documents are never uploaded, stored or seen by us — which also means we cannot recover files processed on your device.

How do I cancel my PRO subscription?

Open your account dashboard and choose Manage / Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep PRO access until the end of the paid period.

I didn't receive my confirmation or password-reset email.

Check your spam folder first. On the sign-in dialog you can request a new confirmation email, and "Forgot password?" sends a fresh reset link. Links expire after a short time, so use the newest email.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Account Settings → Danger zone, or email us from your account address. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store (only account and subscription records — never your documents).

Which tools are free?

Merge, Split, Organize, Compress, Sign, Edit Text, PDF↔JPG, Page Numbers and Watermark are free. PRO adds PDF↔Word, Annotate, Redact, Insert Image, Stamps and Header/Footer — see Pricing.
